Title: Garlic Salsa

Yield: 4 Servings

10 Garlic clove(s), chopped
3/4cItalian parsley, chopped
1/2cOlive oil
  Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1/4tsDried red pepper flakes (opt)
1 Baguette

In bowl, combine garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes if desired. Tear baguette into bite-size pieces and dip into salsa or serve with chicken or meats.
